Patrick wanted this on the compilation and here it is. Let’s count how many ways this track is wrong: it glorifies drug use, it trades in ethnic stereotypes, it trashes the good names of Motown and Buddha records. I shouldn’t let my children listen to this or watch the video.
Except that, the piece is just hilarious, is completely free of cynicism, and shows more love for the holiday than 95% of holiday-related recordings. Let’s all play with that dude!
